We are building Minti in public, and that includes being upfront about what data we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it. No legalese, no surprises.

When you use our feedback form or join the waitlist, we may collect your name, email address, role, company or team context, problem descriptions, workaround details, and desired outcomes. All fields except the required ones are optional — you control how much you share.
We collect this information to build a better product. Every submission helps us understand real problems, prioritize the roadmap, and decide what to build next. We are not collecting data to sell ads or build profiles — we are collecting evidence to make better product decisions.
Your data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on Neon, encrypted at rest. All communication between your browser and our servers happens over HTTPS (encrypted in transit). We use Vercel for hosting, which provides additional infrastructure-level security.
We maintain a public dashboard that shows real product evidence and aggregate trends, but personal details are anonymized at the rendering layer before anything is displayed. Raw submission data stays in our internal database and is not shared, sold, or given to third parties.
Feedback submissions are retained indefinitely as core business data that shapes our product direction. Waitlist signups are retained until product launch, after which we will reach out about next steps or remove your data. If you submit updated information, it replaces the previous version.
You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us. We will remove your information from our database and confirm the deletion. No questions asked.
We do not sell your data to anyone. We do not share individual submissions with third parties. Our infrastructure providers (Vercel for hosting, Neon for database) process data as part of service delivery but do not have independent access to use it.
We use a lightweight analytics beacon (NanoCorp) to track page views and basic site usage. This helps us understand traffic patterns but does not collect personal information or track individual users across sessions.
If we make meaningful changes to how we handle your data, we will update this page. Since we are building in public, transparency is not a checkbox for us — it is part of how we operate.
